Consent and ownership of work
The announced process will need to explain how younger applicants and their guardians participate, which data is collected and why. Any permission to publish a name, photograph or project should be stated clearly.
Submission rights and any license to use a project have not been finalized. Do not send work on the assumption that a particular ownership or publication arrangement already applies.
International participation and payment
Worldwide scope is the program's planned direction. An application round will still need clear requirements for qualification checks and how an award can be paid.
