Olena Zaichenko holds a D.Sc. (Doctor of Technical Sciences) and is a Professor in the Department of Mathematical Methods of System Analysis at the Institute for Applied System Analysis, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. She has been with the department since 1997 and has held a professorship since 2018. She also holds a master's degree in financial information systems from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and she spent 14 years as a financial analyst at EPAM Systems from 2005 to 2019.
