Victor Sineglazov holds a D.Sc. (Doctor of Technical Sciences) and is a Professor in the Artificial Intelligence Department at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He also heads the Aviation Computer-Integrated Complexes Department at the Kyiv Aviation Institute.
