GridTradeX. Crypto Prediction Game.

Grid Trade X aimed to transform the excitement of crypto trading into a game. Traditional exchanges are slow and often daunting for beginners. The goal was to make price speculation quicker, more intuitive and enjoyable, all while maintaining the market’s real-time dynamics.

The project aimed to:

• Provide real-time crypto price predictions with immediate results.
• Create a seamless, engaging experience that resembles trading but is easier to use.
• Develop a platform that can handle high volumes of users and facilitate fast transactions.

The team needed a partner who understood both crypto infrastructure and high-load gaming systems. Pharos Production had the expertise to combine real-time data, scalable backend technology and engaging UI. Together, we built a platform ready for fast-paced, global gameplay.

The backend is built with Java and Spring Boot, providing a stable foundation for the game’s logic. Apache Kafka streams crypto price updates, while Apache Flink processes them in real time to deliver instant predictions.

Smart contracts add a layer of trust and transparency to the game. They handle wagers, payouts and reward distribution on-chain, making sure the community can verify every outcome. This helps players trust that results are fair and tamper-proof.

We used React to create a quick and responsive interface. The design emphasizes clarity and speed, allowing players to make predictions within seconds without feeling overwhelmed by charts.

Apache Cassandra manages real-time game data and player activity. Delta Lake preserves historical results for analytics, while Apache Pinot offers real-time leaderboards and insights. The entire system operates on Kubernetes with Istio for traffic management, hosted on AWS for reliability and scalability.

Grid Trade X directly links to crypto exchange APIs for real-time market data. Secure payment gateways and wallet integrations guarantee smooth deposits, withdrawals and rewards distribution.

Rounds last only seconds, keeping the pace fast and engaging. Outcomes are displayed instantly, making the game feel more exciting than traditional trading.
